Throughout his career, Gladvin has held pivotal roles at Reliance Brands Pvt. Ltd., Future Group, and Marks & Spencer Reliance India Pvt. Ltd. — where he successfully led end-to-end operational transformations, large-scale rollouts, supply chain optimization, and organizational restructuring initiatives. His leadership has consistently resulted in improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer experience.
